All our regional directors bring a unique perspective to the sites that they manage and have proven track records for top clinical quality compliance and service excellence. They are trained in fiscal management, productivity, and efficiency in clinical care. Clinical Leadership provides support to the Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Staff.

Heather de Cordova, PT | Corporate Director of Clinical Operations

Heather de Cordova, Physical Therapist currently works as a Regional Director for Interstate Rehab. Heather attended undergraduate studies at University of California, Los Angeles, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then attended University of Southern California, earning a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Heather has been practicing in the field of physical therapy for the last 28 years primarily in the field of orthopedics in both private practice and hospital settings. She is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist as well as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Ergonomist. Heather joined Interstate Rehab in 2003.

Heather is an avid long-distance triathlete and runner who has completed 14 marathons and multiple triathlons including four Ironmans. She is married with two adult sons.

Irit Brian, SLP | Quality and Compliance Officer

Irit Brian, Speech Language Pathologist is the Interstate Rehab Quality and Compliance Officer. She is certified in healthcare compliance. Irit is also the Speech Therapy Department supervisor in one of Interstate Rehab’s facilities. She has extensive experience in Acute Care, Rehabilitation facilities, Outpatient, and Long Term Care. Irit joined Interstate Rehab in 2003.

Irit received her BA and MS in Communication Disorders in 1991 from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel-Aviv University, Israel. She is married with two adult children.
